Founded in 1998 by Roxie Adams and Frank Sandford, Cross Timbers Custom Homes was a natural partnership. Shortly after this successful joint venture, Cross Timbers Custom Homes won the 2000 “Best New Builder of the Year” award featured in Builder Architect Magazine and Tulsa Newspaper “World of Homes”.

   Cross Timbers Custom Homes will serve as your general contractor. We provide a wide range of services from design selection to financing. A meeting with Roxie Adams, or one of our representatives, will be arranged to discuss design ideas and options to help you plan your new home. We give you the option to select one of our building plans or one of your own. Our staff will also assist you in obtaining financing.
